2. What this service is — and isn't
TypeSarthi is typing practice software for exam preparation. It is not an examination authority and has no affiliation with SSC, CPCT, RRB, RSMSSB, any High Court, or any other board referenced in its exam presets. Needs explicit language stating the app's exam pass-mark figures, scoring formulas, and typing-model simulations are unverified practice estimates, not guarantees — consistent with the in-app disclaimers already shown on every preset and every scoring comparison.
3. Accounts, including guest accounts
Covers registration, the credentials required, and account security responsibilities. Must separately address guest accounts specifically: what happens to a guest's practice data if never claimed with an email and password, and what claiming an account (converting a guest into a full account) legally means for data continuity.
4. Acceptable use
