These terms govern your use of TypingSarthi.com, operated by Mazhar in India (“we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. What TypingSarthi.com is — and isn't

TypingSarthi.com is typing practice software for exam preparation. It is not an examination authority and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to SSC, CPCT, RRB, RSMSSB/RSSB, any High Court or any other recruitment board or government body mentioned on the website.

Exam presets, pass marks, scoring formulas and exam-mode behaviour are practice estimates based on publicly available information. They are not verified against official notifications and may differ from, or become outdated compared with, the real exam. Always check the latest official notification for your exam. We do not guarantee that using the website will help you pass any exam or reach any speed.

2. Accounts

• You must give accurate information and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been misused.
• Guest accounts let you practise without an email address. If you do not claim a guest account with an email and password, you may lose access to it — for example if you clear your browser data — and its practice history cannot be recovered.
• Users under 18 should use the website only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use bots, scripts or other automation to practise, race or earn badges, streaks or leaderboard places;
• submit fake, spam or misleading reviews, or try to get around review or sign-in limits;
• access, or try to access, another person's account or data;
• scrape, copy or resell the website's content or data;
• upload content that is unlawful, abusive or that infringes someone else's rights;
• interfere with the security or normal operation of the website.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of practice text you save and reviews you submit. You give us permission to store, process and display that content as needed to run the website — for reviews, to publish them with the name and role you entered. Reviews are checked before they appear and we may decline or remove any submission. You must have the right to use any text you upload.

5. Certificates, badges and leaderboards

Certificates and badges record your performance on TypingSarthi.com only. They are not issued or recognised by any examination board, government authority or employer, and must not be presented as official qualifications. Leaderboards are opt-in and show only your chosen alias. We may remove scores that look automated or suspicious.

6. Our content

The TypingSarthi name, logo, design, software and original practice passages belong to us. You may use them only to practise on the website for your personal, non-commercial use.

7. Service availability

The website is currently free to use. We may change, pause or discontinue any feature at any time, and we do not promise that it will always be available or error-free.

8. Disclaimer

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties of any kind, including about accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or exam results.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss — including loss of data, or any exam, job or career outcome — arising from your use of the website. Because the website is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to INR 1,000.

10. Suspension and deletion

We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing mazharhussan106@gmail.com; what happens to your data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
