Hindi characters aren't appearing
Remington GAIL (Kruti Dev) needs no setup — TypingSarthi.com converts your keystrokes to Devanagari in the browser, so keep your keyboard on English. InScript is different: it uses your operating system's Hindi InScript keyboard, so enable Hindi in your OS language settings and switch to it before starting an InScript passage.
The two-mistake block is too strict
The block exists to stop speed being built on uncorrected errors, but it can be turned off — along with the virtual keyboard, live stats, text size and theme — in your settings.
Are TypingSarthi.com certificates officially recognised?
No. They record your performance within this application and are useful as proof of practice and progress, but they are not issued or recognised by any examination board or government authority.
My progress looks wrong or incomplete
Practice sessions are saved to your account when a passage is completed. If you close the page mid-passage the attempt isn't recorded. If completed sessions are still missing, please get in touch.
